Homeless...

Well... I'm officially homeless. The closing on the condo is this Friday at 9:00am and I'm completely moved out and into a storage unit! So the hunt for a house has begun.

The best thing so far has been my 8-minute commute to work in the mornings. That's from the time I get in the car until I hit the parking garage at UT! I'm already feeling spoiled.

The next best thing has been doing laundry at my mom's house. Gone are the days of a small stacked washer/dryer unit. I did one load of laundry tonight as compared to 3 or 4 at the condo!

So stay tuned as the home search begins...

Brunch

Brunch is 11:00 am Sunday the 28th at Fonda San Miguel. It's off of Burnet a few blocks north of 45th Street, and they're supposed to have a really great spread with the standards and some traditional Mexican dishes as well. I think I'll stop eating mid-day Saturday to make sure I'm hungry enough.

I officially don't want anything.  If by chance you are considering getting me anything, use the money either for charity or to buy something for Evan.  I'm happy without material things. By the way, where's the brunch, I'm hungry!?!?

Should we still post things even though we aren't exchanging gifts? I might still get some gifts for some of you...

The Cookie Dough gets to the school tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. It will be in our freezer until you get here on the 10th.
